And that would be because I am such a fan of Almond&#8217;s writing and McKean&#8217;s artwork, that I always sit up and take notice when they release <em>anything<\/em>. (Well, as I understand it, this is only their second collaboration, but still&#8230; Bliss.)<\/p>\n<p>In fact, Almond stopped by <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blaine.org\/sevenimpossiblethings\/?p=1284\">here<\/a><\/strong> in 2008 for an interview, and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blaine.org\/sevenimpossiblethings\/?p=1599\">here<\/a><\/strong> is the 2009 McKean interview, quite possibly my favorite 7-Imp interview ever. <\/p>\n<p>The <em>Kirkus<\/em> link is <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kirkusreviews.com\/blog\/childrens\/seven-impossible-things-death-and-grief-slogs-dad\/\">here<\/a><\/strong> this morning. <\/p>\n<p><center>* * *<\/center><\/p>\n<p>Last week&#8217;s column was a Q &#038; A with author <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.candacefleming.com\/\">Candace Fleming<\/a><\/strong>.
