I still have last week&#8217;s events in Connecticut on my mind, as many of us do, and wrote a bit about that. That link is <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kirkusreviews.com\/blog\/childrens\/fundamental-tool-sheer-courage\/\">here<\/a><\/strong> today. <\/p>\n<p><center>* * *<\/center><\/p>\n<p>Last week, I wrote about <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scribblestreet.co.uk\/\">Jonathan Emmett\u2019s<\/a><\/strong> <em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.indiebound.org\/book\/9781561456703\">The Santa Trap<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, originally published in Great Britain in 2009 but released this year here in the U.S. by Peachtree. It\u2019s illustrated by <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.polybernatene.com\/\">Poly Bernatene<\/a><\/strong>, who lives in Argentina and teaches at the Buenos Aires School of Fine Art.
