Last week at Kirkus<\/em>, I wrote here<\/a><\/strong> about Katherine Paterson’s<\/a><\/strong> Giving Thanks: Poems, Prayers, and Praise Songs of Thanksgiving<\/em> (Chronicle Books, October 2013), illustrated by Pamela Dalton<\/a><\/strong>. Today I’ve got some spreads from the book for those of you who want to see some of the poetry and prose inside, as well as Dalton’s intricate Scherenschnitte<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n
