\nThis morning over at Kirkus<\/em>, I write about two new picture books — one from a smaller publisher that came out of nowhere and I really enjoy, as well as a brand-new picture book from the great Jon Agee<\/a><\/strong>. That link is here<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Patrick Lewis’<\/a><\/strong> The Wren and the Sparrow<\/em>, illustrated by Yevgenia Nayberg<\/a><\/strong>, and Michael Morpurgo’s<\/a><\/strong> Half a Man<\/em>, illustrated by Gemma O’Callaghan<\/a><\/strong>, I’ve got a bit of art (above and below) from each book today. <\/p>\n
