\nToday over at Kirkus<\/em>, I write about the new poetry collection from Julie Fogliano<\/a><\/strong>, illustrated by Julie Morstad<\/a><\/strong>. That is here<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Last week, I wrote here<\/a><\/strong> about a new series of books (Owlkids) from author Sara O’Leary<\/a><\/strong> and illustrated by Karen Klassen<\/a><\/strong>. You Are One<\/a><\/strong><\/em> will be on shelves this month; You are Two<\/em> comes in the Fall; and You Are Three<\/em> will publish next year. Today, I’ve got some of Klassen’s art from the first two books. <\/p>\n

I’ll close with Klassen’s lovely self-portrait and a portrait of O’Leary she did. <\/p>\n
