2)<\/strong><\/font> The Beatles: Eight Days a Week<\/a><\/em><\/strong> in the newly-renovated Belcourt Theatre in Nashville! It was a very entertaining documentary and fun to watch in a sold-out show. <\/p>\n

3)<\/strong><\/font> This fabulous piggy bank auction<\/a><\/strong>. You know you want to bid on a wonderful illustrated piggie. Right? Right! <\/p>\n

4)<\/strong><\/font> I’m excited about the Horn Book’s<\/em> new blog on reading and families<\/a><\/strong>. I’m even going to contribute a post relatively soon. <\/p>\n

5)<\/strong><\/font> Speaking of … it was fun to be a guest this week<\/a><\/strong> on the Horn Book<\/em> podcast. <\/p>\n

6)<\/strong><\/font> A sleep-over this weekend with a dear high school friend and<\/em> her mother and<\/em> her girls and<\/em> my girls. S’mores! <\/p>\n

7)<\/strong><\/font> As I’m typing this, the ten-year-old is in the next room on the piano, teaching herself more of “F\u00fcr Elise.” She’s trying so hard to nail it. I love to hear her play. <\/p>\n
