Last week, I wrote here<\/a><\/strong> about two books that reflect children living in poverty — Jairo Buitrago’s<\/a><\/strong> Walk With Me<\/em>, illustrated by Rafael Yockteng<\/a><\/strong> (Groundwood, March 2017), and Piotr Parda’s<\/a><\/strong> Graduation Day<\/em> (Ripple Grove, March 2017). I’m following up with some spreads from each book today. <\/p>\n
