Last week at Kirkus<\/em>, I had a graphic novel round-up (here<\/a><\/strong>), so today I’m following up with some art from each book — Molly Knox Ostertag’s<\/a><\/strong> The Witch Boy<\/em> (Graphix\/Scholastic, October 2017); Nidhi Chanani’s<\/a><\/strong> Pashmina<\/em> (First Second, October 2017); and Samya Kullab’s<\/a><\/strong> Escape from Syria<\/em> (Firefly Books, October 2017), illustrated by Jackie Roche<\/a><\/strong> and colored by Mike Freiheit<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n
