My heart is especially heavy this week for the Black people of this country. I’ve sat here for a long time, typing a lot of stuff about what it means to be an ally, and I’ve deleted all of it. All that really needs to be said is that Black Lives Matter. In lieu of my kicks, though you’re welcome to leave yours, here is a list of seven things I’ve found particularly helpful this week: <\/p>\n
