The Earth, far behind you, looks like a marble.&#8221;<\/em><br \/>(Click spread to enlarge)<\/center><br \/>\n<BR>&nbsp;<BR><br \/>\nI&#8217;ve a review over at <em>BookPage<\/em> of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/storiesbk.com\/our-story\/\">Maggie Pouncey&#8217;s<\/a><\/strong> <em>A Fort on the Moon<\/em> (Neal Porter Books, November 2020), illustrated by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/larrydayillustration.com\/\">Larry Day<\/a><\/strong>. I looooove this one, but I guess you can go read my review\u2014which is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bookpage.com\/reviews\/25685-maggie-pouncey-fort-moon-childrens#.X5jCdohKguW\">here<\/a><\/strong>\u2014if you&#8217;re so inclined to find out why. <\/p>\n<p>Below are some illustrations from the book, and Larry also visits to share some preliminary images, including some original thumbnail sketches. &#8220;They were in color from the beginning,&#8221; he tells me. &#8220;I felt color was going to play a big part of this story.
